About Restaurant Menu Design
We design menus for restaurants and cafés: printed table menus, wall and screen menu boards, and PDF and QR menus that open on the customer's phone, all in your restaurant's identity with photos of your dishes, organised to make choosing easier and raise the order value. A menu is a sales tool before it is a price list: how dishes are arranged and which profitable items stand out changes what customers order.
We are based in Muscat with a branch in Sharjah, and we serve clients in the Gulf, Egypt and around the world.

What do we design?
- Table menus: a booklet, a single sheet or a folded sheet, in a size and paper suited to daily use.
- Wall and screen menus: boards above the counter for fast-food restaurants and cafés, plus a version for digital screens.
- PDF and QR menus: a light mobile version, and a QR code for the tables that opens it.
- Delivery menus: photos and descriptions sized for delivery apps and social media.
- Offer and seasonal menus: Ramadan and iftar, weekly offers and new items.
How does a menu sell?
- Clear structure: a few sections with understandable headings, so customers don't get lost among dozens of items.
- Highlighting profitable dishes with photos and frames where the eye lands first.
- A short, appetising description instead of just the dish name, in Arabic and English.
- Add-ons and combos placed near the main items to raise the order value.
- Prices in a calm style, without dotted lines leading the eye to the price before the dish.
- Allergen, vegetarian and spicy icons where needed.
A fixed menu or one you can update
A printed menu needs reprinting every time a price changes, so we prepare the design file to make editing prices and items easy. If your prices change often, or you want to take orders online, a restaurant website with a digital menu that you edit from a dashboard is a better fit.
Identity before the menu
The menu is part of the restaurant's identity, along with the logo, signage, bags and cups. If your restaurant is new, start with brand identity and we'll build the menu on it. For short dish videos, see promotional video.
How we work
- You send the list of items and prices, dish photos and logo.
- We propose the section order and what to highlight, and design a sample page for approval.
- We design the full menu and send it to you.
- We revise based on your feedback.
- We deliver print files, a PDF version and a QR code.
Frequently asked questions
Do you work with clients outside Oman?
Yes. We are based in Muscat with a branch in Sharjah, and we work remotely with clients in the Gulf, Egypt and around the world: meetings, reviews and delivery happen online and over WhatsApp.
How much does restaurant menu design cost?
It depends on the number of items and pages, the menu type, and whether photos need improving. Send us your item list on WhatsApp and we'll send you a quote.
I don't have good dish photos. What should I do?
Photos are the most important element of a menu. We recommend photographing dishes before design, and we'll send you guidelines for shooting on a phone. An elegant menu can also be designed with type and illustrations, without a photo for every item.
Do you handle printing?
We prepare the files to your chosen printer's requirements, and suggest paper and lamination suited to daily use.
Ready for a menu that sells more? Send us your item list and restaurant photos on WhatsApp, and we'll suggest the right format.
