Companies' biggest fear is a bot that "invents" prices or promises. So we configure it to answer only from content you approve, and to say "I don't know, let me pass you to a colleague" when it can't find the answer. We test it before launch with hard and tricky questions, then review its first conversations and improve it.

Do you work with clients outside Oman?

Yes. We are based in Muscat with a branch in Sharjah, and we work remotely with clients in the Gulf, Egypt and around the world: meetings, reviews and delivery happen online and over WhatsApp.

How much does an AI chatbot cost?

It's made up of a build and integration cost, plus a monthly running cost based on the number of conversations, because AI models are billed by usage. Send us your business type and approximate number of enquiries on WhatsApp and we'll send you an estimate.

Can the bot give wrong information?

We reduce that risk by limiting its answers to your content, handing over to staff when in doubt, and reviewing conversations. But we don't recommend leaving important decisions, such as final contract prices, to the bot alone.

Where is conversation data stored?

Before we start, we explain which AI model provider is used and where conversations are stored, and we avoid sending sensitive data the bot doesn't need.
